Does the Stats reset scroll will be in tp shot someday?

I remember reading somewhere skill reset is the only one they might be selling through tp.

If nothing changes, stat resets will only be from founders and from a few rare events.
KToS also gives them away after major balance changes. So that could be a possibility for us as well.
I wonder if this is true.Good thing I’m buying the $50 pack when it goes in sale,then.
