I am planning on making a Cryo3 Ele3 for pvp purposes. I know its not meta, but its for fun. I want to have CC and damage even if not the best. I was just wondering whether 3 con 1 int or 2 con 1 int would be ok for levelling and pvp purposes. Can someone give me a good ratio? I dont plan on going pure con cause I want to have damage as well.
