Stats 4:1:2 /INT-CON-DEX / - Someone can explain?

Hi guys,

When i read some build from the forum, i read that in the end "Stats 4:2:1 INT-CON-SPR " to explain how to put stats in order.

I don’t understand what he mean, here for exemple we need to put 4 point on INT when it’s done put 2 point on CON then 1 point on SPR and do it again ?

This is it ?
Someone can help me to explain that and if i’m wrong ?

its a ratio so yes you cycle through that point assignment over and over.
