Statement for Wendigo Searchers

I use QS’s Caltrops as aggro baits and they work pretty well with all other traps (and it’s like x5 what I could get with only the pet as a target). xD

For an example: How would you handle those Coliflowers from Roxona with Fletcher C1? I’ve found my way to handle them with Deploy Pavise, Stone Shot and Poison but I’m always wanting to find an alternative as it takes too long to kill those type of flying enemies compared to what Sapper/Wugushi can do when they are in the ground.

I would probably use either “critical shot” of my ranger c1.
Twin Arrows , Multishot or Barbed Arrow.

For when they don’t die to a single critical shot.

25,928hp, coliflower archer? ( i hope you dont mean these little 1,2k hp flying types level 60 or something.)

Barbed arrow hits twice, as it’s leather type armor.
level 5 barbed does 885 base dps.

I never got to the level 200 areas xD. Too much testing.
But theoreticaly.

200atk(level)+500~700 atk weapon (170 level type good one+gems and upgrade)+100 or so str atk+885=1685~1885

1885*2(flying)*1,5(crit)*1,5(attribute 50)=8482,5+crit atk value per hit

So with about 1000 phys atk. You would do around 17k~18k dps with one barbed arrow cd. For level 5.
For level 15 that would be 27k dps (2k base skill atk, but that’s cricle 7 stuff. More atk over weapon seems faster to reach.).

Bows need to be +10 … simpyl so that we dont get our missle malus.
I think they changed it again slighty, so that we do mor edps to larger enemys. But dunno xD.

With enough silver. A high attribute and a good weapon, you could even one shot these 26k hp big flys xD.

Ps: get an alchemist as friend. BRIQETTING. We only need an bow +10, +15 is useless to us. And +40 is really hard to reach. Only possible if you got way to much time to farm or are rich on silver.

Why briqetting?
Make an bow+10, possibley without failing to often.
Has it atleast 2 potential left for gems? ok, leave these potentials untouched.
Has it 5 out of 9 still?
Or even better? use these for briqetting.

It’s a risky dice. Either you get around 10% more or less atk (min and max EACH has a chance).
I didn’t test it on upped weapons … we made some bows with the goal of leaveing 4 potential over. So i had two chances to get an +10 bow with it xD.

The best we got was an +32% max atk bow +9.
The funny thing is. upgrades give you +15 dps roughly on that weapon level.
For an 400 dps weapon, that’s only 3,xx% improvement. For an slight chance that it could work.
SO as long as you get more then 3% on your briqetting rolls … profit.

Theoreticaly, you could make an weapon with 10 potential to have 125% more atk … if your extremly lucky that is xD.
That one guy had an +41 staff … about 500 or so more dps, dunno how many he failed xD.

as a 50/50 dex str war i ran through there 12 lvls under and got wrecked but after putting on a few lvls (2) i didnt die so easily. they are a btch and are overpowered. but cc is only needed if u are a paper mage. otherwise archers should be able to dodge most of whats being thrown at them. and clerics just heal it back up. fighters dont get hit too hard either. i think the main issue is paper mages walking through there. so you little fkrs better get some cc’s before stepping foot on that map. GL

TBH if i had ran through there as the appropriate lvl i’d prolly own their face and wouldn’t get hit hard at all. its because we can get quests when we’re 8-10 lvls under that we all ran into trouble there.
