My guess is that when the game releases to F2P on the 28th they will probably add it on the market as well as other stuff.

Not enough demand, maybe. Also, it’s something that needs to be thoroughly evaluated first before being implemented, and IMC has A LOT of other more important issues to deal with at the moment.
probably they won’t add it on the tp market the same with ktos.
yeah Ktos does not have stat reset in the market BUT ktos has give everyone stat reset before with a major rebalance they did.
i have a rip 107 pally who is now arde dagger farmer because i did stats wrong >.<

Because it would make people play less time before achieving all the end game stuff and getting bored?
I think they intended this game to be played on multiple characters and improving your builds and strategies based on what you’ve learned on your previous ones. That’s why you can gain levels that fast in this game, even if you take into account that the end game level is supposed to be 600.
This is just my guess on this matter then, not meant to be the absolute truth.
Yeah, maybe that was what their had in mind, but I think the majority of players would just stop playing, after messing one or two characters at high level.
Nah, majority will probably go around asking advice from others at least on their second character. This might add social aspect and serve as icebreaker in the game 
If someone is really that bad at playing he’ll manage to create complete fail builds multiple times and he doesn’t ask any advice, he’d be bad at playing this game anyways and he would quit rather soon no matter what.
The lack of stat potions also makes it more rewarding when you actually manage to create a successful build. Stuff like this makes you think your characters more like unique ones instead of just a mass of levels and skill points that you could reset every time to match the situation. I personally dislike games where you can change the gender, looks, stats, skills etc. for you character with couple of premium potions.
You can buy the stat reset potion in founders pack 1 and if I remember correctly the description sais that it is not going to be available ingame (or something like that). I also hope it won’t be available so easily because that would be lame, and I kinda want ToS to be a little bit of punishing when it comes to builds
