I have bought a package consisting of Tp, tokens, head dress, a doll, Stat reset potion and a skill reset potion… i haven’t claimed my DLC from the mail but oddly enough, it doesn’t show the 2 potions in the list, is there some announcement made that they are gonna negate the said items from our purchased DLC?

also, put every info you can! specially prints. so they can check that more easily.
Use services like imgur and postimage to show the images if the tickect dont support images.
I think I lost 40 TP because something go wrong because I opened it almost a month later than what needed to open. But I had already opened the package, I just give up trying, I had make just like you: read, see the problem and complain before open it…
