Start the game from homepage and remove protection mode and connection the game again

During Saturday 5.00pm S.G.T after i came out from 330 dungeon and switched to channel 8. After that, all of the npc in Klaipedia are gone. After i relog it shows start the game from homepage and remove protection mode and connection the game again.
What is the problem after finished my dungeon and i cant log in my ID anymore. Thanks.

From what i read in the forum, protection mode means your account is in investigation of breaking EULA or term of service. Just wait, if proven clean the staff will release it.
