"Start the game from homepage and remove Protection Mode and connect to the game again."

Getting this error message when I connect to either Orsha or Klaipeda after responding to this support ticket:

following details:

1)Team name
2)Server name

Has anyone else dealt with this or have an idea how long this process takes? Haven’t been able to play for about 2 weeks now, wondering if they just forgot about it at this point.
