Standardize Attribute Malus Display

Bug Description :
This is the only section that matters, as it’s an ongoing issue that affects everyone. As everyone knows, taking certain attributes adds a malus to certain skills. For instance, increased SP Cost or increased Cooldown. What’s troublesome is the fact that how these maluses are displayed in tooltips for skills is not consistent.

As far as I can tell, SP Costs are displayed thusly: Icon, Base SP Cost (+attribute SP Cost)

That’s fine. However, for COOLDOWNS, it’s: Icon, NEW Cooldown including attribute time (+attribute time)

This provides misleading information that can throw players off on the fly. Please stop adding the attribute cooldown time to the base cooldown time displayed in tooltips. Be consistent.
