Staff, GM, Support

Would it please be possible to consider changing some lables and titles so players don’t get confused about the different people working here? Like for instance when most people refer and think of GM they would be the actual ones who are in game handling problems and not the same people labeled GM here on the forums. Then instead of making things a great mystery of what exactly Staff is for other than moderating the forums and conveying concerns or problems can it be made more clear whose exactly in charge of what?

This server needs more centralized support all on the same page if you expect problems to be fixed. If players are sending in tickets to the -other- support side as per the usual method getting a response then the Staff should not be saying something different. You are not conveying an air of uniformity which leaves players skeptical if you are indeed truly doing your job communicating with one another too.

Having everyone with the same titles is nice so nobody feels like they are lesser than another but right now seriously from the players point of view all you are doing is creating a cloud of mystery as to who does what. Some exact clarifications would be great so people can direct concerns and problems to the right people for them to actually get fixed.

That’s not exactly what I’m asking but thank you. What I am saying is they need to organize themselves better so when someone sends a ticket or makes a post it goes to the right person. You don’t send a plumber to an electrical engineer’s job because they all are part of the same company. The labeling part helps people understand who to ask for specific things if someone is in charge of one thing exactly so they can get the support or answers needed.

Do you understand now? Or do you agree that innocent people should be banned because the support chat says something different from Staff and then the GM in game have no idea what’s going on in the forums saying tons of nonsense different from everything else? It’s completely chaotic and causes more problems over the sake of hiding titles and positions of power from players along with their internal communication errors.

What I’m asking for is exactly the opposite of what you just said.
