Squire looks so fun but

Squire has an interesting attribute

SKILL_20150714_004374 Arrest: Decrease DEF
SKILL_20150714_004375 While an enemy is in [Arrest], physical DEF will decrease by 10% per Attribute level.

Can you offer all your services at once? Planned to pick repair, repair armor and repait weapon.

I don’t think you can offer all of them at once.

That’s a bit of a waste, considering I planned to max them all.

Well, it’s not like it has excessive cooldown like campsite. I’m assuming you just cycle through all them as you buff people. And yay another Squire :sunglasses:, I’ve decided to mostly go for a dps type squire to see how it works out since its just CBT.

There should be different classes with different roles… We dont wanna everything act like same… It would be too boring…

Don’t attribute levels go up to 10? lol.

I think Squire should be considered in similar vein to Cleric->Priest.

It gives up personal power (muh deeps) for more group power (weapon repair/food buff) and utility (camp for warp)

I don’t know, maybe

Squire is a support class. Your job is to make other people stronger.

Why do you expect to be able to do this and lots of damage or become super tanky?

Because if you get a 6* equip, your weapon repair will increase weapon damage by 60 and armor repair, assuming it works on the same principle, increases armor by 60 each.

edit: at level 10 weapon/armor repairs of course

… WAIT would Divine Might increase this buff?.. if so :sunglasses: get a pardoner to give you level 10 Divine Might scrolls and make the Weapon Repair give 20x star damage to weapon :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

That would make squire fantastic. Its prebattle support would be unmatched.

Eh, I like the idea, but from the looks of it there are many people who will be already playing them. Rather pick some niche, but I don’t know the lesser played classes.

THERE CAN NEVER BE ENOUGH SQUIRES! lol now back on topic, I’m pretty sure there won’t be many lesser played classes since I’ve seen a lot of people split between support, dps, tank, and vendor classes.

Really? I haven’t seen many people talking about squire. Just a few here and there. Although, in comparison to the other vendor classes, I’ve seen squire discussion more than alchemist and pardoner

Because unlike other utility classes like in the priest tree, you’re forced to go down either a tanky or dps route in order to reach Squire in the first place.

It’s like in order to study science, you have to study business first and it makes you awkward compared to people who studied one subject all the way.
