That’s nothing compared to 1m - 8m buffs from pardoner shop.
Yup I’m not being forced. But it doesn’t make him any less scummy because.

He probably knows some misfortunate moron will buy the buff because people don’t really think about checking the price before repairing.

In a high traffic area so he’s there definitely there aiming for this.

Doesn’t make any efforts to advertise his shop happens to be 100x more expensive than regular shops.
