why not? I can just say “save button doesn’t work” and have no idea why and how to test it or how it broke.
Says who? everything these days is electronical , it’s not uncommon to deal with “tens of thousands”.
You’re projecting your own " made up rules " onto others.
Where does it say that to find and ban a hacker you absolutely need a video.
You’re just excusing some dudes laziness to go check and ban the hacker.
Equally when you report something to the police do they demand a proof before they check things out?
Finally I’m quite confident to say that most of user’s computers cannot handle screencaping.
What in that case? Just ignore their reports or what?
Just for the sake of the debate (And not being rude by ignoring all those questions):

???
The #1 I gave was in the case that one of your clients is using one of your services or programs, and then he finds something specifically wrong with it, but then he just tells you “fix it” instead of specifying what’s wrong with it. Now you can either look into it, or ignore it, but the point of this is that you have no details of his claim. Top that off with you taking the time to thoroughly check through your source code for any errors made, and you find nothing-- your time was just wasted that could’ve been used doing something else productive during your work shift. It gets worse: That can happen again, and again, and again.
Well, you gave a vague comparison to begin with, which is why I said “I assume” before I typed any of that out. But, did I get it wrong?
And I never said “to find and ban a hacker, you absolutely need to provide a video.” And I quote:

If you’re accusing someone of something, you have to provide sufficient proof of the accusation so you’re not just wasting peoples time– this applies to practically every MMO game with a ticket system (They’ll ask for proof of your claim).[/quote]

Did you just compare the obligations of a government security force with the GM’s of a video game?

I highly doubt there are many people that can play this game, but can’t screencap for less than a minute even at low FPS. But to give the benefit of the doubt, they could just record the screen with a .Gif recorder. If they don’t know about .Gif recording, then they could just ask a friend or someone nearby to record the cheater. If no one can/will do that, then it ends at the “After X person is reported Y number of times, we’ll thoroughly look into it.”
This would be different if the person was accused of a silver hack (Where no proof would be needed because of the severity + it being someone elses inventory) or item duping (With a reason as to why you think they’re duping, and not just “Drake6 is duping, ban him”), etc. But this is not that.
Looks like in the end we just have to agree to disagree, 'cuz if this goes on and you compare the IMC support team to an ice-cream cone, I’ll flip.
It doesn’t matter if you have or have not detail, you need to inspect it.
Additionally the person in this topic DID explain the issue quite precisely.

No you don’t need any proof , that is NOT your responsibility to make this game Hacker free, It’s only your own good will.

I did. I don’t see how is it not a valid comparison. The Police example shows how Justice is done properly.

Maybe you’re just too overprivliged to even consider such possibility.
I’ve seen at least a dozen of hackers already myself. To the point that when I get to a hacker on a map, I just turn off the game , because there is no point competing for mobs with a hacker.
Have they given a single damn and listened to what has been said about channel distribution and made a smoother curve between different level , I could just switch a channell… but we all know nothing is getting done this beta other than them getting stuck with the market issue.
it’s funny because, this “list” should be full of reports, but everytime i notice someone is using speed hack, they realize I’m about to report or take screenshots, and simply run
