Specific Character Stuck in Loading Screen

Bug Description :
Moved from “Pilgrim Path” to “Mullers Passage” just to explore the map but the loading screen stopped at about 2/3 and the music of the “Mullers Passage” map started playing. I waited a few mins, tried several times to connect but I’m still stuck in the loading screen and nothing had happens.
I can normally log my other characters without an issue thought.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to Pilgrim Path,
  2. Move to Mullers Passage,
  3. Stuck.

I’m having the same problem.

I have a lvl 58 Cleric that was kind of “stuck” on a map. Even closing and opening the game again for the map to load and is infinitely it.
It is a temporary bug? Is there anything I can do? Can you solved this?

Hello! Thank you for answering SO fast!
I was about to take the print to send all the ticket, and I just changed my chanel and the bug went. Anyway I thank you very much for your help!
