In order to use the coupon you will need to:

and then login with your account
choose your server then type in “TOS_EPISODE11” and click send. (without the " ").
Make sure your account is linked to your steam account too.

Not sure if its related, but if it isnt then you’ll need to make sure that account is linked to your steam account too for tos.
