it is a joke boring one… lol and more, Saule is a LATIN server made in a hurry for a huge brazilian community who DOES NOT speak spanish by the way… what to say about it? English is not official there. Portuguese is beaultifull and fun, go check yourself… kkk
En lo personal, jugaré en un server “Gringo”, la comunidad latina no es mucho mejor que la BR, entre la pelea del -weón, boludo, conchale, ándale- dónde si bien a los que estamos en esta instancia nos da igual, en el chat habrá una eterna discusión por partidos de clasificatorias al mundial y otros tópicos.
Agregando el hecho de que creo nunca haber visto a alguien de Brasil haciendo siquiera el intento de relacionarse con un latino en inglés, por alguna razón ven el español y no temen en seguir tipeando en mayúsculas palabras que jamás voy a entender.
Mi idea era juntarme con gente de habla hispana dentro del servidor latino, de esta forma podria evitarme el esfuerzo de entender portugues.
Siendo que en partes el ToS puede ser un poco ‘bullet hell’ pienso que estar con latencia baja es ideal.
Me encantaria poder jugar en un servidor latino donde todos hablen ingles, o español, pero se que va a reinar el portugues.
Me resulta muy poco conveniente que el idioma que hayan elegido para el servidor latino sea el idioma que solo usa un unico pais, siendo que toda latinoamerica con la excepcion de Brasil usa español.
Todo usuario de venezuela, colombia, chile, argentina, peru, paraguay, uruguay, y cualquier otro pais cercano que quiera jugar con bajo ping, no le va a quedar otra que aprender portugues.
(Se que se puede cambiar el idioma del juego, pero no existe forma alguna de cambiar el idioma base que van a usar los usuarios.)
Voy a poder hacer misiones, comprar items, venderlos (con algo de dificultad). Pero nunca voy a entender por completo lo que la gente del chat esté hablando, ni hablar de los foros, paginas de evento y situaciones similares.
Por ejemplo, en Path of Exile, puedo conectarme al servidor de Brasil, pero los usuarios igualmente se comunican en ingles, lo que me resulta extremadamente conveniente.

249m people have access to internet in South America and out of those 117m are from Brazil alone. Meaning 47% of the whole population of internet users in SA come from just one country. I dont even need to pull the number of accesses this site gets per country to know that You could easilly add up all SA countries together and Brazil would still have the majority of players ( due to the success of ragnarok).
They could at least say “Brasilian server” then, just like PoE.
However, it’s a fact how things will work, so i don’t really need to see numbers, i just wanted to vent my inconveniences.
For people of Brasil is must be a great time, I’m also grateful for the chance to play with lower latency, but still, not that convenient, for me at least.
hmm Since LUG partned with IMC I dont think there will be a SA server anymore. The steam servers will just be international servers and the LUG server will be the br one.
