Since the new patch has rolled out, ive came to the problem of running out of sp waaay too fast. Some skills are costing over 300SP to cast.
With the current mechanics of the game, multiple skills are needed to kill a boss/wb/and even regular mob packs. If you are doing saalus I end up using nearly 2SP pots per boss.
The actual SP costs themselves could be viable if we had a better method of sustaining our SP. Potions atm are rather expensive both NPC and Player sold, so we are needing some sort of reliable method of regulating our SP without spending so much silver.
Perhaps the numbers on SP pots could be adjusted so that they perform a slightly less initial SP restoration, and have a longer SP restoring buff that restores larger amounts over a longer period of time (% based as to balance for all classes and levels)
For example possibly one level 15 SP Potion could restore 20% initial max SP, then an addition 10% every 2 seconds for 26 seconds. <-- just an example IDK don’t lose you sh*t over it
Here are my characters that are suffering:
Cleric2>boker>sadhu3>pd2 (4.8k SP)
Swordie>high3>barb>dopel3
Archer>ranger>fletcher>mergen
These builds are all pretty well geared, lolo armour and some purple practo weapon, and they really should not be having the issues that they are with SP…
Anyway just a rant of sort, but they /did/ want feedback so here it… Pls fix sp costs… Or give us another method of managing it
