"sp 0/0" cannot use skills!

My friend went into the 50 DG, then all of the sudden his mana has gone to “SP 0/0” and cannot use any skills.

-Tried logging out
-Tried to close steam and re open game
-Tried to verify files

Nothing works. His other character is fine, but I think something bugged when he went into DG.

Anyone had this issue?

Is he using maga rod from new account event? If so, it removes 600~ SP so its better to use catacombs club until you have more than 600~ SP to use maga rod
