South american user playing in Orsha... DLC problem

i know very well that the server dedicated to Latin American users is Silute, however when I started playing that server was unstable and had a latency too high, so I preferred to play on a NA server (Orsha)

now that have come DLC and TP for sale I look hurt by the price difference.

unfortunately are not available transfers between servers to play again in Silute since they moved from location

could reopen users transfer ?? leave a limit of one transfer per character to prevent abuse

IMC, look here, you can earny money, just make him pay lots of money for the transfer, just like others MMORPG do. He will be happy and you too.
