Other than skills and gems, any other sources of good amounts of evasion? seems like there is no way to stack it up to a high amount. I know most would say “evasion is useless” I just want to try it anyway.
That’s nice… but still seems impossible to reach 500-600 evasion even with a dex build and gems?

Evasion isn’t useless. Getting 50% dodge rate can help mitigate damage a lot. The problem starts when you start trading pdef / mdef gear for evasion ones. If you lose too much defense evasion starts becoming less worth it.
You can still reach decent evasion values if you are a DEX build with some good +evasion skills. Using very low level evasion gear (i.e. shade skirt) at levels 300+ won’t be worth it due to loss of defenses. Peltasta’s Guardian (with attribute) and Archer’s Swift Step are good sources of evasion.
People say evasion sucks now because it’s not possible to hit 90% or more dodge rate easily without a huge drawback (i.e. having very little magic defense). Don’t go aiming for 90% dodge rate, aim for 40~60% and that’ll already be a big boost to your survivability.

Problem is, I don’t have any evasion skills, and as you guys said, there aren’t any high level gears with good evasion. AFAIk I would need around 600 eva for a 50% chance against 0 accuracy right??
How the hell do I get that much? XD
Gems on boots barely add 60 eva T.T
