After buying 500 TP with my Steam wallet, the delivery of the benefit had a bug and I was not granted the Tps I bought.
Just like so many of you my friends Saviors.
After many tickets sent and with answers that seemed like excuses to not give me back the benefit that I have right, I realized that I will not receive the benefits that I bought, which discouraged me once and for all from this game.
I would like to make it clear here that I was happy to contribute to the game by purchasing the tree of savior points (TP) packages although I did not receive them and I hope the IMC team will use this to help players who still have faith In this game even cheated or injured in some way.
I’m stopping playing because of being very upset because I did not receive a quick and adequate support for my case, as a taxpayer I hoped to get my benefit to enjoy the game as quickly as possible. Unfortunately I received only excuses, and false promises and many days of waiting with no results.
I thank everyone for their experience and I hope that those who stay in the game will enjoy themselves and I hope that the IMC company offers a better service and a greater affection with its employees.
