Tree of Savior Forum

Sorry for jumping into the forums

But no one in game wants to answer me. Most are cold robots going around just doing their biz. Well anyway my question is which weapon set up is better? Currently my level is 75 and got myself an Arde Dagger and Kozuka equipped but saw someone selling a Primaluce for cheap so bought it. Current job status is Swordsman C3 Barb 1 with this build in mind.

Thoughts and opinions are welcome.

In this level equips do not matter that much besides arde dagger, use your money to buy buffs from pardoners in the city, it will give you a huge boost. Also, if you have money to spare you can buy hair costumes with elemental damage, i have 300+ damage in every hit just from them, with sacrament and cafrisun it will be enough till pretty far in the game.

Uhmm I think your skill allocations are all over the place and that class setup isn’t really something most people would recommend. But just to answer your question about the weapons, the one with Arde dagger is better since you’ll need a dagger off-hand to use Corsair’s attack skills.

Don’t be sorry.

At your level up to lv.169, your Arde dagger is what only matters unless you get an Otrava Shield along the way (no, don’t buy one - only if you get dropped). At 170 you’ll have access to manamana which would suit your corsair build well. As for mainhand, just get the white/regular/normal weapon that’s cheapest but with high, if not highest, damage (Kozuka seems to be the best).

If you haven’t yet, get a cafrisun set as well plus a plate top armor wearable in your level range for switching in case you need some defense boost.

I can’t comment on your overall build and skill allocation but if you need help with that, try searching the forums for corsair builds.

The AoE attack ratio on primaluce is nice… but you’ll get more mileage off of your arde dagger and arde dagger is adding at least primaluce’s damage to your attacks.

Still it’s an interesting choice adding skill points to damage skills on a build that claims to be “autoheavy” when you have buffs and utility skills that aren’t maxed (or even gotten).

Btw I know that a while ago shinobi couldn’t use double weapon assault / use dagger attacks with clones. Idk if it has been fixed or if it is intentional since IMC doesn’t say much about hidden classes.
