Sorcerer C2 - Can't use monster skill multiple times

Hi Friends,

I just got to Sorcerer C2. I just wondering why my monster skill are not able to use multiple times?

I can only use the standard attack (missile standard) for multiple times and after that I can use the second skill (rapid missile). I have to do this step every time except for the third and fourth skill.

There’s a cooldown to the skill not shown on the monsters/ride skill bar, around 1min if i recall right. (Only the first skill has no cooldown since its the cards basic attack)
