its mostly a personal preference thing but i really love dragons and having a dracomancer or someclass that the skills would grow dragon parts to use them, for example, grow wings to blow enemies away and dealing damage, or transforming the arms into claw and then changing the basic attack, things like this, or even a buffer dps, i dont know.
Could be a Sorcerer Master Class if that’s ever going to be implemented in the future, like you’d have a skill where you consume your boss summon or you merge with it as one for a duration.
if it iant going to be a dragon pet class, then what you just describes is dragoon without all the extra animations
