Well, it’s good that you say it for yourself. You couldnt have put your feelings on the matter clearer to read for us.
I know you’re not used to people calling you out for your flawed logic but I’m nowhere near mad or upset. I know that you only see the world in shades of emotions but I’m not mad. I’m Eroc, the lead of Crimson, the guild which Jace is in currently.
I’ve been following this thread for a while now. At first, I don’t really want to reply. But I guess I need to address some things :
So some of you cap Jace as “toxic”, “elitist”, “unpleasant”.
“Elitist”? Sure, he mostly only recruit players who can work together with him in order for him to utilize his Linker c3 Umbilical Cord. He mostly spent his time with full STR and full DEX builds with 1 Cleric. And he will not hesitate to replace his party members with the new ones if the new ones are “better” in his opinion. Every player has different point of view about this. From the players who got replaced, of course it is a very harsh decision for Jace to remove them. However, Jace did that based on his logical thinking. Powerful DPS means easy cube drops. You should know that there are those kind of people who act based on logical thinking over emotional feelings.
“Toxic”? I admit he did sound rude when he said “if me, I wont recruit you”. However, is that enough to cap someone as “toxic”? He is a pretty straightforward and expressive person. If he thinks he doesn’t need you in his wb hunt party, he will not hesitate to say it. But maybe I will talk to him about this to consider the feelings of other players as well.
“Unpleasant”? Maybe yes, maybe not, depends on the player. Players who got pissed with him showing off his cubes after every single wb hunt, players who got removed from his party, players who got easily swayed by the flow of “hate”, might think he is an unpleasant guy. This “I hate Jace” business is basically a risk for Jace himself when he decided to act like that. But so far, I don’t see his actions meant to harm the other players. Did he ever trashtalk to you? KS you? or something similar? Did he ruin your entire ToS gaming experience? No? Then why all the hate? Why do you like to make small things become big? I mean no disrespect, but I just want to say that some of you are basically fighting over 1 person who doesn’t even know or care about this drama.
Again, I mean no disrespect, but I’m tickled by an earlier post that demands Jace to give his response here to either clarify things, or apologize to the others to gain empathy or something. All I wanna say is, Jace did not harm anybody and he was just being rational, even if you said he was inconsiderate towards how other people (except his friends) would feel. I cannot blame him for that.
Again and again, I mean no disrespect, but I’m also tickled by an earlier post that stated “I can do more damage than that s**t pyro/linker build whatever”. Is that a really big deal to you? Jace is a Linker c3 and he needs a specific setup to optimize his build in wb hunt. He doesn’t care whether there are people out there who can deal better damage than him as he is not a DPS. 
I’m also confused that there are still people who hate players that “camp” the world boss. The term “camp” is not 100% correct. All we did was scouting every map with world boss, inform each other if there is a boss that spawns, kill the boss, and save the schedule. So are you saying that this kind of behaviors/activities is forbidden in the game? It is a part of the game’s mechanic and all we can do is follow it while making suggestions to the developer to make it better. But you must accept the reality for now. You spend more time playing the game, you will have higher chance to encounter world boss and get the drops. Man, even players who camp the world boss aren’t guaranteed to obtain all those good stuffs. It’s all about who get the blessings of RNGod in the end.
But okay, I guess haters gonna hate. Rational or not, I can’t really do anything about it. In the end, people will always have a reason to talk crap about you, and hate you for small things that don’t even affect your experience that much, whether you are their enemies or best friends, whether you have met each other or not, whether you know each other or not. 
But seriously, if you re-read this whole thread again, this thread has changed from “a guy who opened hundreds of cubes” to “this guy is bad imo. i dislike him and everyone should dislike him too”. Is this the really what you have in mind when you made this thread? @chajr2468
At last, I also want to personally apologize if one of my members (Jace) displease you. @NaviWolf @noilid @boltonsquad @ShyBoo
But that’s all I can do for you. I can only apologize and tell Jace to “think” a bit more about how others would feel. However, if he stays this way, it is not my place to force him to change, or judge him. I hope you can understand.
That’s all. Sorry if my reply is an unstructured mess. I also want to apologize if some of you might be dissapointed with my reply, or feel offended. I just want everyone to chill, have fun in the game, and not wasting your time over 1 guy. 
Your super nice I really am sorry I got to say this, but he did exactly these things here for me. It’s not ok but I can forget about it, so I hope this isn’t similar to going to his local police station where I got to explain myself lol, just mentioning he’s done just that.
I really don’t like being the versus for such a nice post like this, but this wb moment isn’t the only moment we’re talking about. Some people have personal experiences with him.

I see. If he did trashtalk to anybody, then I will tell him to stop that behavior as it is also a violation of our guild’s rules. But it would be better if you send me some screenies via PM so I can confirm whether it is true or not. At least, if you don’t have it, you can take it after the next time he did it again.

before i read this post i didnt even know this guy existed. after reading the post i can say i could have cared less had i known he existed or not… he doesnt affect my gameplay, and within a few days or weeks ill forget the name entirely. cocky players are expected in all aspects of video games. he isnt showing me anything the mass majority of us already knew existed in some form somewhere.

Yes, that’s what I wanna see. Just keep playing your game and have fun. But I understand that those players who complain about Jace’s behavior just want Jace to behave in a positive way. That way, both Jace and those players will become good friends. That’s a good thing, right?
But of course, we cannot force someone to change. That is why I can’t really blame Jace, or blame those players.
Tell your lil guild member Jace to try that hoarding world boss bullsht on Black Desert Online and see how fast they mass Spawn Kill PK his ass until all his equips drop on the ground
I only know one elitist thats very pro and makes very good decisions in video games, he got a youtube channel by the name of Pohx Kappa, that guy is not an ■■■■■■■ at all though, hes a very good player at every game he plays
Jace on the other hand seems more like a cocky leecher that always gets his own way
Tree of Savior has alot of players, this is not just some unnoffical server with 50 ~ 100 players, there is several thousand players trying to gear up and idiots like him prevent people from being able to farm equips and recipes
Your guild will pretty much get KOS with that ■■■■■■■ doing that crap if he keeps doing it

I don’t see he’s a leecher at all. He leads the the team very well and the link really helps. If you can see how low his life is then you’ll know he’s a team player. He takes pride in picking people he party with. He’s really a nice guy if you know more about him.
his HP is low because hes wearing quest items… a 2/2 set (riena cloth, and 1 legywn plate pants, and quest plate boots) which he gets no bonus from plate nor cloth, a mace weapon which idk wtf is the purpose of that on a mage class at all, and an arde dagger? lol!
on top of that, hes not even buffed… easy 1 shot at dullahan
