Sometimes get frozen for a second when getting hit while casting a skill

Bug Description :
Sometimes when I cast a skill, I’ll freeze for a second before casting, and will become unable to move. Monsters are still able to attack me in this state. I’m not sure 100% what triggers it, but it happens more often than what is acceptable.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. cast skills
  2. get hit
  3. you will be frozen for a second from time to time

It’s a known issue from the EA days. Doesn’t hurt though to keep reminding IMC about it.
