Something trivial about the patcher

When I open the patcher and hover the mouse over the blue-colored area, the mouse cursor changes from normal arrow to hand (cursors for links). Ya know, from the left pic to the right:

Is there supposed to be something there but my net is crappy? Is it a hidden feature? Does it unlock Shinobi class?! Does IMC subtly tells us they like necklines and collarbones?!

Really? I think this isn’t “testing” yet but eh.

I’ll check out when I get home, but as I record there is nothing special there. On a quick note one thing that annoys me is that we can’t minimize the patcher.
Edit: Tested out, the invisible “button” exists here too, but does nothing apparently.
