Someone save me, bring me a light please

Hi there, i recently started playing Clerics and leveled a C1/Priest3/Chaplan (50 con rest in INT) I’m loving the damage and everything, i know it gonna fall off past 200 and that’s where i need help.

I wanna support,do damage, be able to solo and farm stuff when i’m not in parties i like utility alot also, many people told me to go to Druid2 path but my planned build was C1/P3/CHAP1/Oracle1 (for counter spell and prophecy utility and the fun of the other skills [atleast i think oracle skills are fun XD if someone can confirm that to me i would be glad too] and to my R7 i would pick Kabbalist to help my party, do damage, increase HP and re-gain SP for them

Many people told me to skip oracle 1 and get Cleric 2 for heals but i feel my mass heal lv10 and lv6 heal (hanaming gem <3) are enough, is that true that in such high levels people wanna party only with Cleric 2 based builds?

TL;DR

My currently build Cleric 1/Priest 3/Chaplain1 going for Oracle and Kabbalist but people told me it doesnt fit on ET and PVE/Arena/GvG in general in the utility/supportive roles cause no Cleric 2

Is it a good build or should i skip it all and save my toon by changing build and go for druid 2?

Cleric 2 has a really potent Cure damage-wise, it will work nicely with your full INT build, not to mention divine might and the extra heal tiles.

In the other hand if you are a full int chaplain getting Druid 2 will be a really good build pvp-wise…making those people walk toward your holy pillar (Magnum Exorcismus).

What level are you right now? I’d suggest you to hang on a little and wait for the R8 reveals. :wink:

It seems to me that what you realy want is a Cleric2 Div3 Druid1 PD build, as that does everything you are asking for.

I’m sitting on 146 and that’s what i’m doing, just waiting for R8 but i am a bit anxious and idk how long IMC gonna take to reveal, i dont mind losing cure and divine might, the main problem is everyone saying that if i dont get Cleric 2 i won’t be able to join parties in high level and i dont know if thats true or not

@elinhime ty for the suggestion but i avoid Diev as much as i can, i simply dont like the class concept itself XD

Some please can rate my planned build C1/P3/Oracle1/Kabbalist for party grind,farming,ET,arena/GVG please?

You can go Oracle if you want, but your build is pending more to support than anything else.

For R7 you can go Kabbalist, but i think PD would be better, you can pretty much do damage and support at the same time or go Druid C2, but honestly, i would go PD in this case.

But why PD ? I have no debuffs to help with Inci/Pandemic in my build

Also the oracle in my build is just for the “fun” and since i may go Kabb i need prophecy/counter spell to help out my party mates because no PD skills

In short

I wanna be early game (pre lvl210) DPS/Healer/Able to solo and i want to Support/give utility and pull some damage after 200 for my part am i in the right path with this build? (Chap1/Oracle1/Kabba)

My exorcise is level 0 cause i consider it such a bad skill (me and 90% of the cleric player base XD)

this skill needs a rework asap

You are a full int chaplain and you don’t have exorcise? shame you on. :confused:

Hi there. I played a c1/priest3/pala3 till level 240.
As you said yourself people said you need c2 for heal 10(11 in your case ;))
Those people are right. from lvl 200 the enemys start to deal significant more damage. At my level i was only barly able to keep the people alive. ET should be even harder and i guess there c1 wont be enought anymore.
I would recomend you to pick on rank6 cleric2.

So far you got a high int char but all of your spells except cure and heal(here the scaling is so low it can be negalected) dont scale with int at all. In kTos blessing now also scales with spr and int(not really sure about int tough). So i would recomend for your rank 7 to pick a class that has spells that scale with int like druid1 or cabbalist. If you pick an other class without int scaling you would have been better off with a full con or full spr build which would work better with your current classes.

True, i forgot that Inc/Pand require some sort of debuff to trigger, not sure if Monstrance/Dep Zone count as one tho.

As for Kabba i don’t know what would be your plan tbh, i mean, aside from Eins and Merkabah Revenge is not a good one for a support, you shouldn’t be taking hits, unless you are doing PvP.

Tbh with you, there are better setups for that role, and put in Oracle will hurt lots your DPS-ability.

Oracle would be more reliable to other builds tho, basic atack builds for example, since it rely more on Priest buffs.

Your best bet in this is, either go Diev C2, Sadhu C2 (for possession, but i don’t recommend that) or Druid C2, but take note that Druid’s Carnivore don’t hit flying monster and Shape Shifting is either bugged or the monsters are bugged, because most of them don’t cause damage when you use their skills, they hit, but no damage.

As i said on other topic, unfortunately, right now, Cleric tree don’t have a good offensive builds aside from Diev C2/C3 setup to hit flying monster earlier on and that is viable later in game, Krivis Zaibas is not really that good of a skill, even at Lv 15.

Use there is, but i wouldn’t recommend, not on your actual build, and as @eterlik pointed out, later in game, after 170, some monsters have insane damage and high HP pool. in dun 190-217 people generally rush, i can’t say for sure if EXP there is good or crap, since i never found a group to do a full run.

In Alemeth (217 if i am not mistaken) truffles hit really hard, depending on the Lv difference, it is 3k+ per hit, and their HP pool are around 100k HP.

Not gonna say having Heal 5 is bad, but you will feel it lacking, because many players, including DPS, will have over 10k HP, specially tanks that will be around 30k HP.
You know how useful Heal is, you just lay there and do other stuff, whoever need healing just walk on top of it.

I have a Sadhruid Lv 213, it is more DPS than support, but since i got Cleric C2 on it and even without Hannaming Gem on it, i can lay 10-12 tiles (thanks to the attribute of extra healing, i think it is bad codded or the description is wrong but i love the way it is lol), Divine Might help too and i have Cure Lv 10 for more damage, i got Krivis because Cleric C3 don’t have any good skills for DPS imo, i could had got Priest, but at that time it wasn’t even in discussion that Blessing would work with Possession, otherwise i would get it instead of Krivis, but even so it is fine, i got Daino and Aukuras which help on luring depending on the spot i decide to grind/farm.

Got Sadhu C2 for Possession, it is a hell of good damage dealer skill, not to count that it stun/lock enemies (not all of them but still), and i am at Druid C1, my objective is Druid C2, and since we will have R8 one of these days (soon™?) i will take Kabbalist.

On missions when i am the only Cleric class, i turn on the remove damage attribute of heal and act as a sub-healer while i can pretty much cause lots of destruction.

I will try solo dun 200 one of these days just for the hell of it lol.

Thanks for the attention in my thread, i might end with cleric 2 (i dont wanna be kicked out parties XD)

I really want oracle, so would it fit in my current build with cleric2/oracle in r7?or there’s no way of running from PD/Kabby?

You can go with Oracle in R7 if you want, then when R8 come out you can take Kabbalist to fill your needs.

tbh i had the same issue too i didn’t know which path to take my chaplain so i just remade my healer ( i have 3 atm) i have the c1>p3>chap, c2>p3 and a c2>diev3>oracle atm (which im having a blast with) i might make the c2>p3 an oracle>pd for pvp or maybe oracle2 for oracle 3 :stuck_out_tongue: depends on what its like.

If anything just make another char if you want to hold off to see what rank 8 is like
