Bug Details: bought 100 TP on SEA PACK at about 5 pm March 1 st,unable to claim TP,checked every where and tried many ways or Do I have to uninstall?
This is not a bug. Dont worry this is perfectly normal and is a core feature of ToS. Almost everyone has to get IMC’d atleast once if they purchased TP. Send an inquiry to the support team and they will sort it out for you.

Just send them an inquiry. Usually for TP related issues you can get replies in less than 30 minutes. It wont take long.
