Some suggestion

So, here we go, some ideas that might be useful.

Grind Quest

I wrote this in one of my posts, but I think it might be better to be here. Grinding becomes really dull after some point, a nice solution would be a "grind quest. After every 100 mob you should get xp cards accurate to the mobs level. The xp cards number would be increased by the number of party members. That would encourage players to play together, also help the grind mechanics and feels less pointless to grind. Thou, on higher levels these cards should give decent xp.

Pings

Would be nice to ping to others on minimap, so we can navigate faster to our goal.

Port to each other

Might should be a guild perk or party skill. In every 10 minute or so you could summon your party to you, or they can summon you. Easier navigation and better coordination.

Customization

Please, just do something about it. Everybody loves to play a character which can reflect his/her personality. While it was ok in Ragnarok, since it’s an old game, it’s pretty dissapointing to have just a few option to make our characters unique. Since items are not showing on our toons (just the hats) you have to give us much more options. It’s pretty sad when you see the same character running around everywhere.

“Dead branch”

If you played Ragnarok, you remember this. Something like that would be very fun.

Neat idea

Porting would damage the use of warp scrolls i disagree with this.

Customization - Ragnarok was the same hair style/color and hats we have those in this aswell so how is one okay and not the other?

It would be ok if the party porting thing would be used even with a 1 hour cd and only inside guilds. It’s just much easier to form parties that way.

Customization…well… I mostly ment that we should have much more hair style and color change would be nice too.

I personally would find getting an EXP card every 100 kills to be just as boring. It doesn’t really add anything to the monotony of grinding. Someone suggested in another thread that mobs should have a chance to drop EXP cards. I would find it more exciting if mobs had a 1% chance to drop an EXP card. I know this results in the same thing, but at least you can get excited when an EXP card drops instead of simply expecting it. There is also the feeling of, "Ok, just 1 more and maybe I’ll get a card :slight_smile: ", rather than "Awww, now I need 100 more till I get another card :frowning: ".

you can access these things via achievements or did you mean u want them at the start?

Well, 100 mob is not much if you are doing it in a full party. Also, that would mean 5 exp card, not just one, and not just for you.

That would also mean that you are rewarded, no matter what. It wont depend on your luck, it’s a granted thing for your efforts. Not to mention that more people = faster grind, faster grind = more exp card , more exp card = faster level up, faster level up = faster change in grind spot.

I like the ping idea.
I looted a round shape item yesterday that works like a dead branch.

1% is wayyy too high considering people grind for hours.
That means you’ll get one for every 100 or so you kill.
I think .1% would be much more fitting.
Cool idea, though.
They seriously need to lower the xp rates atm (I know its beta, so they should).

I completely agree, 1% is too high. I was just using that number to propose the idea since OP used 100 mobs per quest to propose his idea. 0.1% is certainly more fitting.
