Bug Description : Some skill gems dont show their description anymore. examples are stoulet mage gem / ticen magician gem. this can lead to players thinking they are useless now or bugged which is bad.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- check your skill gems after rebuild patch
- some of them dont show description which may lead players to think they are useless or changed
