1 Wizard’s auto attack have some delay.I see many post say that it’s because of lagging but i check the ping and it’s about 0,1-0,2 so this is a bug ?
2 Does energy bolt still charge after the charge bar is full and say full charged ?
You mean, if energy bolt will still keep charging even if its fully charged? Yes you can keep charging that until you release it. Just like megaman. 
wiz auto attack is slower and have a delay between shots but default…
lag and low fps can increase the time it takes to shoot that’s all
