im get beta key 1 day ago and play at latin server for bad luck they didnt want to talk to anyone speaking english so i cant find any party to level so if there is guide level or something like that

Why dont you just change the server then ?
Just reroll on a different server, you only started a day ago.
try to go with Spirit then change to Int as you stop having SP issues. Follow the main quest and talk to every NPC on every map accordingly and you shouldnt have any problem stayin in level with the map.
Sadly low level game has just 1 map per level tier so, you either grind there until you are “the map level” or not much to do.
