Some Doubts about Pal/Kab builds (PVE)

Before the battle system update I was creating a Prst3 Pally/Kab. A tank/support one, with lots of CON and mostly SPR. SPR because of Stone Skin scaling. Now they modified entirely the damn Stone Skin and (afaik) it doesn’t have scaling anymore.
My doubts are about the class ranks and the stats:
-Am I completely messed up with these stats build? I’m currently lvl 170 with distribution literally as STR15, CON70 and SPR95.
-I don’t know which classes should I opt for on next ranks. Currently Pr2/Pal2. Which classes should I opt on the next 3 ranks?

Add. doubt: I’m building a High3/Dop2. Currently 207 with inv. as 148STR and 70CON. Before the update, STR seemed to be the best option for Swordsman classes in general, but now I don’t know anymore, since they added good scaling with Dex for some skills. The builds I have saw for High3 are DEX oriented. So I’m afraid I’m messed up.
I also would want to know if DEX increases auto attack speed.

Yes

There are tons of STR builds for Highlanders. DEX helps with Skyliner (mostly) and other high overheat low cooldown skills that increase attack speed based on DEX, but it’s not essential for Skyliner alone. Usually DEX builds will pick Fencer 3 or Corsair 3 along with Swordman 3 for Concentrate damage bonus with multi-hits and quick skill spamming.

Well. You can go SPR Priest 3 -> Pally 3 -> Inquisitor, which is a pretty uncommon build but it should work decently. Another option is SPR Priest3 -> Chaplain -> Pally 3, but it’s very hard to play because of lack of AoE skills (only magnus and it deals minimal damage). On both builds I’d recommend not adding any more points into CON and focus more on SPR. Both builds wouldn’t have Cleric 2 but it’s not a huge problem given you have high level Mass Heal in SPR build (and other support Priest skills like Revival).

In every situation I would recommend you go all the way to Pally 3 and not stop at Pally 2 now, unless you decide to go a very odd Conversion paladin build with the SPR you have.

Kabba doesn’t quite fit the support role for pvm. His skills are very lackluster and not worth the class circles (in pvm). Kabba 1 can sometimes be considered for easy sp regen but in a SPR build you’ll never have issues with mana. Don’t believe the idea of “giving your party members sp” with Kabba 1. It’s very hard to get the person you actually want to recover his mana and even if you do, it’s just one person in the party. The skill is also easily replaceable by mana pots and that’s basically everything Kabbas do in pvm.

Why doppel 2? What are you going to pick at rank 8? Highlander 3 -> Barb 1 -> Doppel 3 is the “default” and most used Doppel build. It’s also a pure STR build. No DEX.
