Since we’re nearing OBT/Release “soon” date, here’s some advices for the developing team (and where my fears lie):

Don’t underestimate your potential success.

Get enough severs/channels for the start rush.
=> Don’t lose 90% of your potential customers in the first hour of the game (because of an extremely negative player experience due to overpulation, noone wants to play a game with 10 players wanting to kill 1 mob) -
Be reactive on bugs affecting a majority of players. Use a time table for launch where you can instantly react.

Enforce your policy at start (against botting and exploiting) if you wait too much it can degenerate in a disastrous situation where you won’t be able to take measures.
And here’s some advices for fellow players :

AZERTY keyboard users, if they didn’t add an ingame control mapping, you’ll have to manually edit the keyboard mapping xml file (hotkey.xml in the game directory)

On another note, I advise Gamepad control (it’s amazing!)

Group up, all quests are usually shared, no need to wait 5 times the respawn timer of mobs or items when you could cut it by 5 for 5 players.

Don’t stress yourself for speed running, it’s a long journey ahead, and I think you should enjoy it.
