[Solved] White screen after launching, game then closes

Bug Description :
After installing the game through steam, i launch the updater and it gets to 80% before it crashes. Then when i re-open the game the updater finishes and launches to a white screen. After 10-15 seconds the game closes.

Ive tried completely uninstalling the game and deleting the tree of savior folder in the steamapps folder. Then re-downloading the game.
Ive tried deleting the contents of the release folder then running the file integrity check.

I’ve been getting white screens too, when alt tabbing (not on loading screen)

Delete all xml files in patch folder, then verify cache.

I tried that already.
But I actually just resolved this.
Turns out no matter how many times I deleted all the files, and re downloaded/ verified the files via steam.
It was never creating a copy of the user.xml file so I found a version online and created it.
I then had to set the resolution to the native resolution of my monitor and set it to true full screen and not the fake full screen setting that it was set to.
