I don’t know if it’s gonna work for everyone but i solved the vga error (at least until now, it has been a few hours since i made it) and i want to tell u what i did
1 - Reinstall TOS completelly (unistall from steam, exclude manually the folders that is left then install again)
2 - After that when i openned TOS i get ‘dsetup.dll missing’ error so i went to TOS folder and installed DIRECTX that came along with it, it fixed 'detup.dll’
3 - Then when i opened the game it loaded till 100% and close automactilly so i went to some fóruns and was able to download new ‘release’ and ‘patch’ folders that i replaced into the TOS folders
4 - After that i went to steam and verifyed the game files, it appear that 3 itens were recovered
5 - Then i restarted my computer and opened the game
6 - It’s working so far
