I am a returning player, I can’t seem to create a new support ticket. I can go to the “My Tickets” page but I cant seem to click on my old support ticket or create new ones. Any ideas how?
I think it’s normal you can’t go on your old ones. I also can’t… The tickets my be deleted/lost since they changed how it works/is I guess.
What does it show when you click “Submit Ticket” ?
I cant seem to find “Submit ticket”, can u find it in the pic i posted? My blindspot maybe :o
Oh, it doesn’t appear in the screenshot you posted.
You have to go back to the main “support” page, and it should be at the bottom right, next to your “My Ticket” button.
