After finishing L57 quest I do not receive anymore new one, does this mean I have to grind lvl up until next quest? or its just a bug?

You have to find a side quest by yourself, new story quest start at level 63.

The portal & NPC was overlapping so I was not able to proceed X__x (was stuck for an hour)
