[SOLVED]My equipped gears are gone after maintenance for 26-27

Bug Description :
So before maintenance for March 26-27 I was 100% that all of my characters were equipped with their respective gears. When I logged in today after maintenance and after I bought tp for my account, I noticed that all of my characters were unequipped and when I tried to login suddenly I have 1 extra character and a pet in my lodge 2. So I went ahead and deleted one of my level 70 character I think it was a swordsman class and proceeded to enter the game. As I checked on all of my characters, all of my equipped gears are gone and they were not inside my inventory or storage. I am 100% sure that I did not unlock my gears nor did I unequipped them before the maintenance. Please help me @STAFF_Letitia, @GM_Francis so I can enjoy the game soon.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Login
2. Noticed all characters in lodge is unequipped
3. entered game to check all character’s gears
4. All character’s equipped gears before maintenance is gone after maintenance

The two week period for rearranging characters ended with this week’s maintenance, so if you had more character’s than slots, the items were automatically sent to the respective character’s Market Retrieve Tab.
