I’m still unable to login my character. This is the information about my character.

Bug Description :
When I try to enter the map ‘Mage Tower 3F’ to finish my quest. It’s suddently disconnected since afternoon. I tried to change channel in the Character login screen and it said ‘Cannot connect to the server’. I tried to login for several times but until now I still can’t enter the game.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Enter the map Mage Tower 3F
- Server disconnect
- Try to login again it can login only at the character selection srcreen
- Try to change channel and still can not connect abd reset to the server selection screen again and again.
