So. I have decided to move to Klaipeda server and wanted to buy those brand new swimsuit for my new character <3 I have bought 1x100 TP bundle AND 1x300 TP bundle, I clicked redeem TP once and nothing happened, at that moment I knew it was going to happen again because thats how it happened before. So I started to record a video of it. I have received my 100 TP but didn’t get my 310 TP and now it’s lost, it has happened to me before and it took 1 week and 5 tickets to actually contact a real person that is not a bot with automated messages. Dear IMC, I know there are a lot of bugs in this game but when it’s abot REAL MONEY, things get serious, you have to respond instantly to players if this is the case, I really love this game but things like this make it harder and harder.
