[Solved] I lost my gems, please help

Bug Description : Gem Lost
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. I logged out at about 11am and logged in at 7pm
  2. After that I didn’t quite pay attention to the gems but I’m sure that I didn’t sell them. I have about 10 gems including 3 red gems lv3, 1 green gem lv3 and 1 yellow gem lv3
  3. After looting a new gem, I realize that I’ve lost all the other gems

Did you perhaps die in a dungeon between 11am and 7pm? If so, this is an intended mechanic.

When your character dies in the dungeon, clicking on [Resurrect at the nearest area] moves your character to the dungeon entrance and the Gem in your inventory may sometimes be consumed as penalty.

I didn’t die then but after that i did. Does that mean I can’t have them back?

Yes, when you die in a dungeon you will lose the gems in your inventory (you will not lose any equipped gems, and you also wont lose them if you die in a field). It is good practice to put all of your gems in storage whenever you are in town.

it happened to me too. I had some yellow, blue, green and red gems. When I looked they were gone.

Help us.

Yeah you lose them on death unless you run back to grab them. It’s an intended mechanic. Other people cannot grab them so that’s a plus.

It happened to me once, so now I have a small stock of soul crystals JUST in case. All funded by free TP.
