[SOLVED] Help me, My TP has lost!

Excuse me,
I’m a TOS player. I was buy DLC package $9.99 and don’t recieve TP instantly the TP is in the message box. Until this day i just recieve that and select character.
but it have nothing change in my TP. It show me 0. see the picture the first one is the message box and another is in game TP.

Please check my account and please solve my problem.

Scroll down. There should be a chest in your inventory after you claimed it in char select. Use the treasure chest to receive your tp.
