Honestly, considering your build you already have a lot of single target damage and the only real synergy with Falc3 would be the auto Falcon attack …
While Mergen could give you some desired AoE, but needs a 2h Bow that would force you into switching weapon for Running Shot all the time …
Depends on what you want I guess, if you want a more supportive Archer, i guess Falc3 is okay. Otherwise Mergen for AoE.

Currently you cover:
-crit rate (buff)
-Sustained Single target damage (running shot)
-mobility (running shot)
-Defensive CC (pavise, and caltrops, and stone shot if you’re into that)
-AoE/support (Circling)
You may pick any class depending on your preference.
Falcon2 > Falcon3 = Support, lower damage. No big damage numbers like musket2, cannon2, etc. Some more utility and support through Aiming, Circling attribute, and Pre-emptive strike. Hopefully a rank9 will have awesome AoE to benefit. May use any weapon. Falcon pet is stupid and buggy, sometimes.
Musket1 > Musket2 = more single target damage. Has some AoE burst through Circling + Covering Fire, Circling + Snipe. Butt stroke +100% musket damage debuff is similar to dragoon2 for swordies, very nice debuff. Will likely go musket3. You will need a musket.
Cannon1 > Cannon2 = more AoE damage. Stronger at cannon2 due to smoke grenade (CC) and damage boost for Circling + cannonade, + cannon blast. Will need to swap your off-hand to a cannon + crossbow. Likely cannon3. Running shot + bazooka mode works, though the attack speed will NOT be increased (just damage increase).
??? (for example scout1 or rogue1) - mergen1 = some 2H bow AoE. Arrow rain is strong vs bosses. Rogue1 => capture, captured circling + arrow rain AoE will last longer. Scout1 => utility, camouflage (good at PvP too). Need 2H bow to use skills.
Try SR 2??? Just kidding…

I reviewed Mergen and it seems to have 30 or so seconds CD in most of its skills. Feels right for when my RS is down (will get that RS Gem once we have Manahas + MGC).
Lastly, does having a 2H-Bow on my quick swap bar allow me to auto-swap when performing appropriate skills? Or do I have to do a manual swap? How much more DEX should I have knowing that 2H-Bows at most have 3 slots, so I’ll be missing out on a Manamana with Lv6/7 Green Gem on it?

I try put weapon on swap icon and then un-equip my weapon(bare hand). It auto-equip bow when i use skill(Multishot-Heavyshot-Full Draw). You can try by your self.

2 things, I already have Falconer (R6) so I can’t really remove it 
if I’ll go Rogue (R7), then Mergen (R8), with no one buffing me and with WW cards (instead of Ella), should I just add my stats to DEX up to a breaking point or is DEX pretty irrelevant if I go this Rogue-Mergen?
I don’t plan to evade anything actually (I’m pretty mobile as is and magic can’t be dodged), I will definitely go for over-upgraded upper/lower Manahas once I get it (I’m wearing +5 SRG Plate Upper+Lower currently) --> should I bother getting Virtov Plate for this or just settle for Grynas? Not really considering to ever enter ET 
My character can actually solo the Crystal Mine mission without any problem so I’m pretty stocked up on mats from there and I’m just praying on a WW card to drop (if it does). Got 5x Glass Moles from when I was still grouping with people at Siaulai mission though (should I sell these or swap em for WW?).
How do I distribute skill points for Rogue btw? (0 idea)
Lastly, regarding weapons, I’m sure I can handle getting a good Lv170/Lv220 (+8/+10 Maga or Light Goritos) bow right now, should I bother? or just get it once Mergen is available?
If I have my xbow+Manamana equipped and I try to use a Mergen skill, will it auto swap me to my 2H-Bow if it’s on the quick swap bar?

SRG = Superior Royal Guard (Plate Lv220 White) for PDef -> Will just go for Grynas then

Thanks for all the information and breakdown(s) you provided! I’m now changing class to Rogue. I’ll get Feint to Lv5 right away and just keep the rest of the points.
It works like Sacrament (you get 1 more line of attack on top of your normal attack) and it works just like Cafrisun (but better)!

Went Rogue, not bad, I’m able to keep #1 DPS even at 13 levels apart using Isbality even on Beast bosses (this is horrible). 
Versus Golem
Versus Mole+Poata (Beasts w/ penalty against Isbality)
Versus Tree
I have the Light Goritos at +6 now (just made my own since no one was selling), do I go for +8 then transcend or just transcend as is? It has no gems at the moment though

Yes you should try to;
stop upgrading your weapon. save money or invest in attributes. lvl 315 weapons are coming so upgrading light gorithos is a waste
