Hi, unfortunately my account has been banned. GMs could explain why?
My account owned my APPRAISER and is my source for identifying items. What did I do wrong? Your policy forbids buying silver, okay. I never bought silver or did anything illegal. This can only be a joke of bad taste, very bad taste.

Could someone please explain me ??

Are you trasfering huge amount of silver from one account to another?
Or using virtual machine to open 2 ToS clients at the same time?

Send a ticket, they are giving bans by mistake lately.

Tenta explicar de outra forma. Eles estão se apoiando no fato de você ter colocado um item com um preço muito superior ao normal como evidência de que praticou RMT. Tente explicar com outras palavras que o Token permite que você registre itens com preços acima ou abaixo dos valores limite para quem não tem Token ativado e que as duas contas pertencem a você e foram usadas somente por você (não há nada no EULA falando que você não possa ter mais de uma conta nem o Terms of Service trata disso também). Quanto à violação, argumente que é um mal entendido por parte deles, já que a venda foi feita de uma conta sua para outra conta sua como forma de transferência de silver.

How do you log in both accounts? Different machines?

Edit: tickets tend to be faster for Brazil timezone. Here in the forums staff normally can show up past midnight for us (which is past midday in Korea)

While you’re also not really at fault, you will probably need a Staff/GM to review your case and will probably have a good ending.

Like @Pokart said it’s not illegal to do what you did as long you aren’t doing this:

1. Using 3rd party tools to cheat or gain advantage in any way.
2. For w/e reason is mimicking any bot behavior that may get you flagged.

As for 2, did you ever report someone RMTing or observe how the items gets sold slowly? They buy those items with many bot accounts when selling the silver.

That’s why this rule works like this, if you’re mimicking it… it’s no surprise you’ll fall into the same sanction case.

Just try to think a bit on how people actually handle legit high-value transactions on market after doing a separate 1:1 trade and you’ll notice the difference and see there’s no need at all to mimic RMT bots behavior.
