[Solved]Certain character stuck in load screen

Bug Description :
Character stuck in load screen after Siaulai mission start. Skills and menus usable, but the monitor only displays loading screen. Other characters work normal.

I’m having the same problem.

I have a lvl 58 Cleric that was kind of “stuck” on a map. Even closing and opening the game again for the map to load and is infinitely it.
It is a temporary bug? Is there anything I can do? Can you solved this?
