Wow, i just received my rank reset on my character and after all the ticks are ticked like removing pet, all items etc. It says item is currently locked after clicking enabled… What happen? arghhh

Gonna take over this thread a bit, Lostac, just a doubt about the Rank Reset.
I have a char that is R6 CLevel 13, if i use the scroll, will i receive a EXP Card with enough EXP for the current CLevel or i will have to start from R6 CLevel 1?
I did read the notes but it was a bit confusing as usual.
no, it will be rank 6 lv1 for class exp

Unlocking all costume works for me.
go to equipment tab, print screen your costumes.
it says unable to use: 13d 23h 35m on my rank reset voucher

[OT] does the timer starts only after i retrieve the voucher? meaning i can extend another 14 days when i retrieve it before jan17?? thanks
yes, I used this trick before on the free stat reset.
