Regarding the ‘Scavenge Challenge’ Event

Greetings Saviors,

We would like to announce that the ‘Scavenge Challenge’ event will be extended for a week and will end on August 2nd, 2016.

This is not only to allow players that have been unable to receive the quest in certain conditions to complete the full 14 days, but to also give a chance to late comers that had learned of the event a bit late.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that you may have experienced due to unforeseen circumstances. We have applied a hotfix that should now allow players to receive the event quests as inteneded.

However, we would like to use this chance to re-emphasize certain conditions of the ‘Scavenge Challenge’ event.

  1. The quest reset timing is the same as the instanced dungeon reset times, 6 a.m. EDT.
  1. You will not be able to complete more than 1 quest per day.
  1. You will not be able to receive a quest on the same day that you have completed one.
    e.g. You will not be able to receive a quest at 5 a.m. EDT and complete it past 6 a.m. EDT and receive another quest. You must complete the quest before 6 a.m. EDT in order to receive a quest past 6 a.m. EDT.
  1. Please try to avoid receiving and completing quests at the last minute to reduce any chance of connection issues interfering with the quest completetion registration times.

We hope that this event period extension will allow more players a chance to go and hunt for the completion rewards.

Please let us know if you still have issues receiving the quest after this announcement via the ticket system.

21/7/2016 nearly 11 am (bangkok time) approximately 0 am (EDT)

Description :

can’t receive event quest on day 2

it’s said ‘Please come back after EDT 6am’ (my time mean about 17.00pm, bangkok)

like I’m finish the quest, but I didn’t done it, didn’t receive xp tome reward of day2

switching character and still can’t do anything

Steps to reproduce the issue :

I know event mechanic is daily, need to do it day by day
but we (I and other who got this bug) can’t receive day 2 quest in usual time
we didn’t forget to do it but game won’t allow we to do it :frowning:
please solve it fairly

someone mention me about I recieve it after midnight (0:00 EDT) maybe the cause of bug
but event notice said i’ll reset in 6:00 EDT so it mean I didn’t do anything wrong

thanks, so any suggestion for doing this event after this? should I wait for fixing or just doing on day 3 and further?

just dont want to meet chain bug because it skip me 1 day
by that i’ll missing 14th day reward or worse case is cant continue event -_-
