try make new alt in that team and ask kupole again?
Ahh but no more char slot … oh noes … then again if i make an low level alt it might give me the low level boost box gahaha … this is confusing
what i want to try after getting home: make new alt lv 1, but back to kupole with lv 460 char

I tried on a different id …
- make a new alt level 1
- return to npc with high level char
- still the same
I fear we might need to level a new char? to 450 to get that arkstone? hopefully not … I dont want to actually talk with the kuple with my level 1 char hahaha it might give me this …
EDIT: Uhh I think we really need to make a new char and level it up …

Oki, I got the idea but adding
For existing Accounts:
- Make a new level 1 char
- Go to event Kupole and get the Boost box quest ( will give you a level 100 box )
- Transfer the box to team storage
- Open with your high level character ( must be 450+ ) till it gives you the 450 boost box

If you look at the description, all boxes (200/300/400/450) are char bound. So they made the level 100 box team storageable? Sounds like an overlook…

Well I tested this yesterday and apparently ALL boxes are team storageable, so you just need to create a new character and redeem the first box. After that, you’re free to pick any character in your team to get the rest. The only two things that are char bound are some basic warp scrolls and arts vouchers.
